the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. my room had a comfortable double bed and a television with several channels. a coffee maker with complimentary coffee was available in my room. the hotel car park offered convenient parking.
i noticed a bit of noise from the road outside during the night it wasn't significant though

The staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a Beautiful King Room. The bed allowed me good sleep, and the blackout curtains kept the light out. The air conditioning worked well.
The ice machine on my floor was out of service , though it was a minor inconvenience.

I found the location near city attractions to be really great. the staff were very helpful and polite. This. breakfast had many options and the evening meal was super. my room provided huge towels and a comfortable bed. I got a quiet room too.
The room lighting wasn't bright. I think a stronger bulb in at least one light fitting would improve it.

The staff at reception were efficient and quick during check-in. i noticed the concierge was always ready to assist with directions. That was nice. housekeeping ensured the room was clean and tidy each day.

a few issues
temporary heaterbathroom mould
The room i got had a temporary heater instead of proper air conditioning. It got pretty cold. also, i noticed some mould in the bathroom near the towel rack. it wasn't a huge amount but it was still there. it really needs addressing and is unhygienic.
